SHARE's Third Team Has Left Natori to Assess other Afflicted Areas in Miyagi (No.19)
Mr. Kobayashi, Secretary General of SHARE and Ms. Mori (from Kesennuma in Miyagi) left Natori-city this morning and visited evacuation centers and schools in Shizugawa, Utazu, and Minamisanriku-cho.
We have observed very severe damage in those areas. The level of aid needed differs from place to place.
In some areas, there was sufficient medicine but in Utazu, there was not enough.
We donated the medicine they needed there.
Tomorrow morning, the third team will join with Dr. Sawada's team that left for Rikuzen Takada and visit Kesennuma to assess the area.
March 22
